Ragina Ltd.

Ragina Ltd is an educational centre specialized in youths and adults education. Company’s main goal is to be an innovator, imposing a new vision for learning, trying to pave the way for the world trends of modern education in Bulgaria. Created as a language center in 2009, it is among the first who implemented fully interactive learning. Gradually it expanded its services, but retained the basic philosophy – to look for the best systems and forms of teaching that can be implemented in each educational product. The company is currently a leader in its region in youth and corporate educational products.

Our current services are:

  • Youth and adults trainings and courses: CSR, financial literacy, soft skills, entrepreneurship, languages, digital competences, online business startups, online marketing, etc;
  • Corporate trainings
  • Lean manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, improvement of production processes in enterprises, CSR, implementation of production management software, preparation of PPA documentation by contracting authorities and contractors, etc;

The company is also an official representative of “Express publishing” publishing house and is leader in the market of English language books for kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and universities in 11 regions in Bulgaria. The company has strong relationships with the public and private educational organizations and actively participates in joint initiatives to improve the educational environment in Bulgaria. The company has an active CSR policy and it has implemented ISO 26000:2010 in its management system. The centre also organizes and participates in many regional events – round tables, forums, information events, etc to promote the CSR practices and causes at regional level. The company has currently 8 people on full time contracts, as well as additional 9 teachers on temporary/part-time contracts. The yearly number of learners are 180 youths and 210 adults.

What are the activities and experience of the organisation in the areas relevant for this project? What are the skills and/or expertise of key persons involved in this project?

Since 2015 the company has active policy about the support of the youths in the region and has started to implement different initiatives for youths. The centre is actively working on the following activities for the youths in the region:

  • building training methodologies for longer motivation of youths through development of their social and emotional skills
  • reaching social and economic integration through learning activities and implementation of neuroscience in the following areas: development of emotional intelligence, growth mindset, coaching (business coaching, life coaching, leadership coaching, etc.), game-based learning;
  • organizing and participating in forums, round tables and information events about the youth policies, educational programs, youth exchanges, employment opportunities, etc.
  • collecting, summarizing and distributing information about Youths initiatives to the community;

The company is a member of Ruse industrial association and can use their network of 120 regional associations and more than 80 branch organizations for the needs of sharing, promotion and multiplication of the results of the project at national level. Another channel for dissemination of the project results is the network established from the publishing house “Express publishing” covering all public and private educational organizations, who are working with youths.

Galena Robeva has a MBA degree with specialization in Leadership in a global environment. She also has a teaching qualification in Economics. She has been an owner and project manager in the company since 2015. She manages business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of the organization, coordinates the development and implementation plans for new product/service launches. Project coordinator; Miglena Pencheva has а PhD in Social Management and additional certificates as follows: DISC Application and certification; TACK International Methodology – certified expert; Generations X, Y, Z – the new aspects of the Leader. She has specific expertise in development and implementation of Train the
trainer programs for teachers and trainers. She has experience as a trainer of youth groups in: Communication skills, Assertive behaviour, Teamwork and team compatibility, Conflict management, Coaching and mentoring, Leadership, etc.

  • 2017 – 2019 – “Innovative professional trainings in entrepreneurship – INNOVENTER”, Transnational cooperation Interreg Balkan-Mediterranean 2014-2020 – Project expert (organized and conducted 15 trainings with over 50 business representatives, 60 teachers and 200 students from 18 schools in Ruse, Razgrad and Silistra municipalities);
  • 2017 – 2018 – BG05M2OP001-2.002-0001 „Students practices“ – Phase I – Academic mentor of 30 students in Rousse’s university; Maria Stankova is an English language teacher with professional interests in psychology and neuroscience for education and is currently the main engine in the company to implement new methodologies and tools in the products of the company. 2021 – till now, 2020-3-NL02-KA205-003289 Overcoming fear of failure, Project expert in the development
